I bought it from Germany, the delivery was faster than expected. I used it for four weeks, my skin has definitely calmed down. I would have had to take it longer to get rid of the acne completely. but would take it again anytime.

I have almost finished my first bottle and have noticed great improvements. I did start using software skin care at the same time as zilch so it’s hard to say whether one is working more or whether it’s the combination but my skin has changed! Way less breakouts, skin texture has started to even out, way less congestion. Definitely excited to try another bottle and see how it goes!

I went on the pill and antibiotics at 18 after I started getting terrible hormonal cystic acne. It was so painful. After one or two failed attempts at going off the pill I stopped completely in my kate twenties. My doctor gave me antibiotics again which only worked as a bandaid over the actual problem. I noticed a big difference to my moderate acne especially on my cheeks when taking 3 pills twice a day. It didn't completely clear my acne but it reduced active breakouts and gave my skin a chance recover and fade hyperpigmentation. My acne has improved quite significantly since taking two bottles of zilch. My cystic acne has mostly disappeared and now most of my acne is very surface level and not at all painful like it was before. I will note that I was also using topicals at this time, so it’s hard to determine what the topicals we’re doing vs the zilch, but in any case, it does seem to work (or at least not make things worse)! I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

So far so good. Have been taking 8 tablets a day for about 3 weeks, still a long way to go but at least it's something. Look forward to seeing my results after another month!

First of all I want to say thank you so much for creating this product and making it so accessible! I'm so grateful I found you when I was at my lowest. I'm 24 and I've suffering from acne since I was 15-16 years old. I always thought it was getting better over time but when I started comparing older photos, my teen acne had nothing to do with adult acne.

But oh my god thank you again. I've never seen my skin improve so well in that short amount of time.
