Black Friday Giveaway: Official Rules

1. The promoter is ZUS LLC, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Zilch Formulas").
2. The giveaway is open to everyone aged 18 and over, worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Zilch Formulas and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Entries open at 12:00am on Monday, October 26, 2026 and close at 11:59pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 PT. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
4. To enter, provide your first name and email address through the entry form at zilchformulas.com/pages/giveaway during the entry period. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not improve the chance of winning.
5. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
6. The prize is a three-month supply (three bottles) of one Zilch Formulas formula of the winner's choice (Skin Formula or PMS Formula) for the winner, and the same for one friend nominated by the winner. The friend must also be aged 18 or over and can live anywhere. Approximate retail value of the prize is up to US$840 (US$420 per person). The prize is posted free to both addresses, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. If the winner placed an order on zilchformulas.com during the entry period, Zilch Formulas will refund that order to the original payment method, up to US$420, and the amount refunded is deducted from the winner's own three-month supply. The friend's supply is unaffected. The total value of the prize is the same whether or not the winner made a purchase.
8. Every entrant receives US$20 of store credit after entering, issued as a single-use code valid for 24 hours from issue on one order, limited to one per customer. This credit is given to all entrants, is separate from the prize, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
9. The winner will be notified by email by Friday, November 6, 2026 and must reply by Thursday, November 12, 2026 with their formula choice, their friend's name and email address, and both postal addresses to claim. An unclaimed prize will be redrawn from the remaining valid entries.
10. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Zilch Formulas. You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
12. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, and is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Total approximate retail value of the prize is US$840.
