As someone who has battled acne since the age of 21, I’ve hit a plateau recently. I’m a 26-year-old female and began taking Accutane about 2.5 years ago after being diagnosed with comedonal and inflamed acne. The full course of Accutane gave me incredible results. However, after about two years off Accutane, I’ve noticed a lot of closed comedones on my chin and jawline (the only areas where I break out now). These comedones aren’t visible to the eye but eventually develop into painful, inflamed cystic acne. My skincare routine is incredibly simple, but it takes a forever for the cystic acne to clear or heal, not to mention the awful scars it leaves behind. This led me to try Zilch supplement. It’s been about three weeks since I started taking it, and I can say that I haven’t had any new inflamed breakouts since then, which is a positive sign. The photos are taken approximately 23 days apart. I’m also taking adapalene to help combat the comedones. I’m hopeful that this supplement will continue to improve!
I love how zilch work on me! I can see the effect started on 3rd weeks! Bump on my jaw is lesser, reduced in redness, no burning and peeling at all. It’s working amazingly without irritating my skin, I’d stick with the same routine for now!

I’ve only been taking Zilch for about 6
weeks and I already notice a big difference. I haven’t developed any new acne, and my skin is finally starting to heal. My PMDD symptoms & digestion are also way better. I’m excited to continue and see more results in the new 2 months! I am also taking spironolactone and was on it for 3 months before adding Zilch. But I think Zilch is doing most of the work!

After catching COVID twice and getting a surgery that required a bowel cleanse, my skin was no longer the same. Due to some sudden life-changing experience I was under a lot stress and find myself once again battling acne and breakouts in my adult life.

I’ve taken one complete bottle of the Zilch Acne Formula (6 pills per day). I feel like I’m starting to see small improvements (fewer cystic acne spots, pimples are smaller than before). Still getting new (smaller) breakouts though and dealing with some redness and scarring. It took 6 months of Accutane to clear my skin (a lifetime ago) so I don’t expect anything to work completely in just one month. I’m going to continue the Acne Formula and add the PMS formula as well. Hoping to see additional improvement in months 2 and 3.
This has worked for me when nothing else did. It hasn’t made me all the way clear, but it helped a lot! I get much less acne, and it fades MUCH more quickly. I used to break out and be stuck with it for 2 months or more before any meaningful improvement, now it’s less than a week. I think a big part of my issue is hormonal. I’m perimenopausal and breaking out in places I never did before. I plan to add the hormone support formula as soon as I can afford to.
I am about a month in, and have had great results! While my acne wasn’t as severe as some at the start, I had come off a long term prescription and it was the worst acne I have dealt with in many years - very red, swollen, and painful. I have been on Zilch acne for eight weeks and PMS + stress relief for five weeks. The first picture is one week after stopping the pill and the second picture is these eight and five weeks without. Finally smooth skin
In 2020 I started getting cystic acne and I tried just about everything. I changed my diet and skin care and nothing worked. First Impressions
I mainly only deal with closed comedones and I had a bad flare up of them the past few months. I also started getting a cyst or two eaxh month. I've only tried one bottle, but while taking it I noticed the deep pimples would come to a head by the next day and I could extract them and put a pimple patch on it and it'd be completely healed in a few days, compared to the 2 weeks it used to take. Works great on inflammatory acne. I can't say much about the non-inflammatory acne though. I haven't seen any change in those. I know they can be stubborn, and I suspect they may be hormonal so I am going to switch to the pms + stress formula and use that for the next few months .

Maybe too early to tell
Just finished one month on this formula and have seen some improvement but still not quite there yet. I ordered three bottles to start so I have a couple more months to go before I can give a full review. I've never struggled with acne until I reached my mid-thirties and my skin has just gone haywire. So anything at this point that doesn't make it worse is still a win in my book. I can update again at the end of another bottle.
Just what I needed
I started using zilch acne formula in April 2024 and it helped me immensely but after a while I was stuck on my results so I decided to combine it with PMS + stress formula too and the results speak for itself. I’m so happy with my results. First pic is without zilch. Second is after acne formula and last is after PMS + stress formula. If you’re not sure if you should give it a go or not, I’d say, go for it!

Improving but still need to test it some more
My cystic acne is better since I started taking Zilch but I haven’t been taken the prescribed dosage consistently because it feels like a lot. However, I will continue and report back. Hoping for some good results overtime.

Helped reduce breakouts
I was getting very bad/big, sore breakouts. I then found these supplements. I have had 2 bottles and I’m now left mainly just with scarring, minimal breakouts. My face is also much less sore & sensitive.

I’ve taken this for about 1.5-2 months and amazing results! Went from having massive clusters of all sorts of pimples (both deep cystic and normal whiteheads in a massive patches) to just a few isolated spots here and there. Not completely clear yet (probably because of stress and other aspects of life) but this stuff definitely works! Caveat that I did use other topical treatments concurrently, but I did use those prior to taking Zilch pills and they didn’t make that much of a difference, mainly spot treatment but pimples just kept popping up. Much much calmer skin now. Waited a long while before posting this! :)
Really helping!
Since coming off the pill my skin really struggled with persistent, red and inflamed breakouts. Particularly around the sixth month of being off the pill. I started with a lower dose of zilch and gradually increased to the 6 a day which I have now been on for just over a month.
I am still having breakouts but as you can see from the pictures these have reduced and the redness and inflammation has got a lot better!

I truly do not understand how this product works this well…I started really struggling with cystic hormonal acne around my jawline when I was around 20 years old (UGH.) and it was so destructive to my self-esteem that I took the risk and tried accurate after trying everything else from antibiotics, spironolactone, bc, every facial you can think of. Accutane was the only thing that helped, after about 4 months of intense purging and peeling I finally had manageable, if not good, skin. But now I’m 34 with 2 kids and I just cannot fathom taking accutane again—so when the jawline sores started coming back I thought I was just doomed again. Somehow I found this product and I have no idea HOW IT IS WORKING but within literally 1 freaking week my skin had calmed down significantly to the point where now (1 month in) I haven’t had a new deep breakout in weeks. I’m stunned. I could cry. I mean, I probably have cried. Now I’m just working on healing the dark spots/scars left behind but what a relief to be able to do so. I’m only wondering if I have to take this supplement for the rest of my life? But honestly I will HAPPILY do so if that’s what it takes to have this kind of skin. The price IS high but based on my experience I no longer need to spend so much $$$ on all the other products I was desperately trying. I am a true skeptic turned obsessive fan—I wish I could give a bottle of this to everyone in my life who needs it.

It has been good so far
Im about to finish a bottle and I think I will at least do one more. I did not stop using my skincare while taking the pills and have been using tretinoin in it for several months. I have used antibiotics and tretinoin in the past to later start with accutane which worked until I stopped taking it. With Zilch I do feel that my skin calmed down a bit but im not 100% free of breakouts, currently still doing 6 a day but probably will up the dose to 8 as instructed on the bottle. Pills are really bitter so I take them quickly one by one to avoid them starting to dissolve in my mouth. No major changes to digestion, I take them 20 min after food.
Effective and Gentle on My Skin
I’ve been using this Zilch for about 3-4 weeks and am really happy with the results. It has helped keep my skin clear, and if and when I do get a pimple, it’s much less severe. Life changing supplement
I’ve been hesitating of getting this supplement for quite some time because I do have fear of what if It doesn’t work? What if I purge before it gets better? What if I push and it would never go away? What if my body get resistant from the supplement? And what if I have to take it for the rest of my life?
I am more than happy that I erase all of those what ifs And ordered my Zilch acne formula. I started with just two pills a day and I had it right after I woke up. I don’t think the smell of the supplement is that bad is actually very herbal send that I am so familiar with (Maybe because I am Asian and I grew up with these herbs all my life). I can tell that the severe of my acne has gone down drastically. I have a very deep, angry cystic acne, You know the type that none of the topical treatment works and the only thing that works is to get the Cortisol shot from a dermatologist that would cost you about hundreds of dollars each pimple. This formula made my skin calmer, and now I have a controllable acne That happens normally when I am on my period Or when I eat greasy food.
I am very happy with my decision. I just finished my third bottles and I am going to keep buying more. Inflammation and redness massively reduced in 3 weeks
Spots have massively reduced. The painful boils have really reduced and now have no pain. Had some smaller jawline spots than usual and really feel this has helped

Hey,
I have been taking 4 pills of zilch which I think was a pretty low dose and I saw some improvment. I think I need to use it more so I bought my second bottle to see if it will be better. So far some of my hormonal acne has subsided and I do have a more clear skin but there is still some acne popping up. It is worth a try obviously!
