Shipping costs

United States:
$120 and over: free shipping.
Under $120: $5 flat rate.

Shipping warehouse and carrier network

We dispatch all orders from our Illinois warehouse next business day, Monday to Friday. There may be a delay of up to 48 hours during peak or sale periods.

Shipping times

1-5 business days, depending on your region, zone or state. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after it is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, as this is an automatic email sent to all customers after an order is placed.

Parcel tracking

If you have any problems tracking your package, your first point of call should be our carrier. You can use the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email for up to date tracking information. We can also help locate your package, though support requests of this kind can take 2-3 business days to be reviewed and answered.

Changing your postal address

Because we have processes in place to offer fast shipping, updates to your postal address are not possible once an order is placed. We are unable to redirect or intercept parcels after they have shipped, so please allow enough time for delivery or make other arrangements to collect the parcel. We do not refund orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Please check all shipping details carefully before completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to it. The address submitted with the order is final, and any changes required must be requested through the carrier directly.

Refused shipments

If you refuse a shipment and it is returned to us, you may claim a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and postage costs, by contacting us to lodge a return request. This return process can take up to 90 days, and your refund will not be processed until the item is received back at the warehouse.
