DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

It has only been 3-4 months since I started taking it, and I noticed early on that it has improved my energy levels, improved concentration/focus at work and noticeably reduced my bloating & gas.

I'm very happy to come across zilch acne formula. Im also a chinese medicine doctor and started to struggle with acne when i turned 30 recently. Our skin changes as we age and I was confuse on what to do because I tried everything I learned and nothing seemed to work. I guess what they say about being your own doctor is not always the best choice. I decided to give Zilch a try because the ingredients in the formula seem to match my tcm pattern.
