I’ve only been taking Zilch for about 6

I’ve taken one complete bottle of the Zilch Acne Formula (6 pills per day). I feel like I’m starting to see small improvements (fewer cystic acne spots, pimples are smaller than before). Still getting new (smaller) breakouts though and dealing with some redness and scarring. It took 6 months of Accutane to clear my skin (a lifetime ago) so I don’t expect anything to work completely in just one month. I’m going to continue the Acne Formula and add the PMS formula as well. Hoping to see additional improvement in months 2 and 3.
This has worked for me when nothing else did. It hasn’t made me all the way clear, but it helped a lot! I get much less acne, and it fades MUCH more quickly. I used to break out and be stuck with it for 2 months or more before any meaningful improvement, now it’s less than a week. I think a big part of my issue is hormonal. I’m perimenopausal and breaking out in places I never did before. I plan to add the hormone support formula as soon as I can afford to.

First Impressions
I mainly only deal with closed comedones and I had a bad flare up of them the past few months. I also started getting a cyst or two eaxh month. I've only tried one bottle, but while taking it I noticed the deep pimples would come to a head by the next day and I could extract them and put a pimple patch on it and it'd be completely healed in a few days, compared to the 2 weeks it used to take. Works great on inflammatory acne. I can't say much about the non-inflammatory acne though. I haven't seen any change in those. I know they can be stubborn, and I suspect they may be hormonal so I am going to switch to the pms + stress formula and use that for the next few months .

Just finished one month on this formula and have seen some improvement but still not quite there yet. I ordered three bottles to start so I have a couple more months to go before I can give a full review. Since coming off the pill my skin really struggled with persistent, red and inflamed breakouts. Particularly around the sixth month of being off the pill. I started with a lower dose of zilch and gradually increased to the 6 a day which I have now been on for just over a month.

I truly do not understand how this product works this well…I started really struggling with cystic hormonal acne around my jawline when I was around 20 years old (UGH.) and it was so destructive to my self-esteem that I took the risk and tried accurate after trying everything else from antibiotics, spironolactone, bc, every facial you can think of. Accutane was the only thing that helped, after about 4 months of intense purging and peeling I finally had manageable, if not good, skin. It has been good so far
Im about to finish a bottle and I think I will at least do one more. I did not stop using my skincare while taking the pills and have been using tretinoin in it for several months. I have used antibiotics and tretinoin in the past to later start with accutane which worked until I stopped taking it. With Zilch I do feel that my skin calmed down a bit but im not 100% free of breakouts, currently still doing 6 a day but probably will up the dose to 8 as instructed on the bottle. Pills are really bitter so I take them quickly one by one to avoid them starting to dissolve in my mouth. No major changes to digestion, I take them 20 min after food.

Life changing supplement
I’ve been hesitating of getting this supplement for quite some time because I do have fear of what if It doesn’t work? What if I purge before it gets better? What if I push and it would never go away? What if my body get resistant from the supplement? And what if I have to take it for the rest of my life?
I am more than happy that I erase all of those what ifs And ordered my Zilch acne formula. I started with just two pills a day and I had it right after I woke up. I don’t think the smell of the supplement is that bad is actually very herbal send that I am so familiar with (Maybe because I am Asian and I grew up with these herbs all my life). Inflammation and redness massively reduced in 3 weeks

I have been taking 4 pills of zilch which I think was a pretty low dose and I saw some improvment. I think I need to use it more so I bought my second bottle to see if it will be better. Didn’t work for me
I took 6 pills a day for 3.5wks on an empty stomach and waited 20mins before food. I saw no difference at all in my skin. I could argue that it made my skin worse, I noticed a slight increase in new larger pimples. Went from 1-2 new ones a day to 3-4 a day.
Other background factors:
I kept my skin routine pretty basic (gentle cleanser, hydrating toner, gentle moisturiser with HA and ceramides) and didn’t add anything new to my routine. I am generally healthy (exercise 4x a week - track my calorie intake) and there were no major stressors during this time. Hormonal levels are all within normal limits. This was my last try before going to see a dermatologist and perhaps go on roaccutane.

I have always had acne since my early teens. I started my period when I was 11 years old and have PCOS.
