DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I had been taking the acne formula which did help, however I then went onto the pms + stress formula as felt this was more suited to my symptoms and what could be causing my acne. I have struggled with the most intense period symptoms for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, my periods were truly debilitating. I would have such ****** cramps that they’d cause me to black out and vomit, and my periods were heavy and lasted forever. I am a male who had started taking hormone replacement two or so years ago to address underlying issues from injuries. This in itself has been life changing for the better, but an unfortunate side-effect has been breakouts. I had breakouts as a teenager but not ****** acne. With this treatment, it came back and was a big issue for my confidence and got to the point I wouldn't even want to take my shirt off around close friends and family. I had breakouts on my chest and neck/jaw. I tried many topical treatments but did not want to try accutane or similar. I saw a Zilch add and decided to try, primarily due to the natural ingredients and Vivian's candid videos. I am one bottle in and I have no breakouts, my dark spots are lightening up and my skin is as smooth as it's ever been. I only use a salicylic cleanser and a moisturiser now and I can certainly say (as well as my partner) that my skin has never been better and it is 100% due to Zilch.
