DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I have always struggled with acne since hitting puberty. I started using Zilch in August after I had significant breakouts form coming of the pill and I felt like it did slowly help my skin. I had breakouts less frequently - and while I I didn’t stop breaking out completely it was an improvement. I lowered by dose (from 6 to 4 tablets a day), and then increased the dose as needed. I had 2 bottles and it lasted by about 4 months. Unfortunately not wildly amazing improvements using it, but I do feel like it has helped a bit and it has been slow.
