DOSAGE
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

It has really made a difference in my recent gastrointestinal issues, I was so bloated and uncomfortable all of the sudden. With no real cause...gas, constipation and heartburn...I was desperate, food and exercise, stretching, massage. Baths, nothing was helping, so I ordered zilch...I was ready to try something new. Down to my last few days of the first bottle and I feel a million times better!! Bloating is way down and less frequent and my other symptoms have lessened also. I began the PMS and Stress Formula from ZiLch recently and have nearly finished my first bottle. I had previously tried their acne formula but it didn't really work for me. I realised that perhaps my issues were linked more to my hormones, stress and gut health, so decided to give the PMS and Stress version a go.
The good:
- PMS symptoms have improved and I'm no longer as bloated or fatigued.
- I feel calmer and haven't experienced much cramping.
- Skin health: on and off reduction in acne and irritation but it hasn't fully subsided yet.
The so-so:
- Still have hormonal acne issues at times.
I should note, I started taking probiotics and milk thistle around the same time as these, so I can't say if it's been Zilch that has helped or if it's been a combination. Either way, it's been worth it.
The verdict:
- I will continue on with a second bottle and monitor.
