Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.

Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.

Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.

When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.
